These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Pyles Automation website, demo booking page, and any public sample call experience. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. For questions, contact support@pylesautomation.com.
Website and demos
The website describes an AI phone coordinator for home service businesses. A demo or sample call illustrates possible call handling, qualification, and appointment booking. The demonstration may differ from the configuration available to your business. Booking a demo meeting does not purchase or activate the service.
Please use any sample call number for reasonable testing. Do not provide passwords, payment information, sensitive personal information, or real customer information during a test call. Do not rely on a sample call to create a real appointment with a contractor. We may limit abusive or excessive demo use.
Calendly provides our demo booking interface and has its own terms and privacy practices. We may use the contact information you provide to communicate about or reschedule your demo.
Paid services
Website descriptions and posted prices are informational. The selected plan, setup, usage, integrations, support, billing, cancellation, and refund terms for a paid service must be set out in a separate agreement or order accepted by the business and Pyles Automation. If that agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, it controls the paid service.
Scheduling software integrations are available only after compatibility and setup have been confirmed for the business.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or demo; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content; or use automated methods to overload the service. You are responsible for the information you choose to provide.
Accuracy and availability
AI responses can be inaccurate. A demo response is not a binding quote, professional advice, guarantee of service, or confirmed contractor appointment. We may change or suspend website and public demo features, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Content, privacy, and third parties
Pyles Automation owns or licenses the website’s content, design, branding, and technology. You may use the website to evaluate the service but may not copy or exploit its content beyond what applicable law permits without permission. External services and links have their own terms and privacy practices.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Calls are processed by an AI coordinator. Audio recording is disabled for our agents, while Retell AI stores call transcripts and summaries.
Liability, changes, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the public website and demo are provided as available, without a guarantee that they will meet a particular business need. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Liability terms for a paid client service belong in its separate agreement.
